Horizon Europe Information Sessions: Cluster 6

The Delegation of the European Union to Canada will host the second edition in a series of webinars on Canada and Horizon Europe's Pillar II, with each info session specific to one of the six clusters of the top-down funding scheme for international research collaboration. The event will take place online on Thursday, February 20th, 2025 at 9:00 AM ET (convert to your local time zone here) and cover cluster 6: Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment, giving an overview of the following:

• Explore the Horizon Europe work program with an overview of the cluster-specific guidelines and tips on how to effectively read and interpret them from invited National Contact Points (NCPs)

• Learn the do’s and don’ts of proposal writing directly from experts

• Understand the evaluation process through insights shared by seasoned academics who serve on Horizon Europe evaluation panels

• Hear from Horizon Europe grantees as they share their journey, from consortium formation to proposal writing, research execution, and dissemination of results

• Connect with experts and potential partners in engaging Q&A session
