Horizon Europe National Contact Points (NCPs) serve to provide guidance, practical information, and assistance on all aspects of participation in Horizon Europe. In late 2023 and early 2024, the United States and Canada, respectively, established NCPs with the European Commission. Researchers in North America are encouraged to contact the Canadian and American NCPs, and if there are no NCPs for one's thematic area or funding scheme (or if interested in matters related to a specific country), to then contact the Europe-based NCPs based on their thematic area.
