European Research Day (ERD) is an annual flagship event of EURAXESS North America to promote Europe as a hub for research and innovation. With the previous edition focused on Europe-U.S. collaboration, this year’s ERD will focus on Canada, highlighting opportunities in both Canadian and European research funding, collaboration, and more. ERD 2023 will be hosted by and co-organized with the University of Ottawa, and features the support of the European Union Delegation to Canada. This year's title is “New Horizon: Opportunities for Canada-EU Research Collaboration.”
ERD 2023 will be a unique opportunity for Canadian and European researchers and officials to engage in discussions on funding, partnerships, and researcher mobility. Register now and join the conversation on transatlantic research and innovation collaborations.
Note that this year's edition is in person and will take place at the University of Ottawa on Thursday, November 16th, 2023.
The event is free but advance registration is required. It will be held in English. The agenda is below as an embedded image and also available as a PDF. To see last year's U.S.-focused edition, can watch the recording of ERD 2022 here.
