Triangular Cooperation Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean

AECID call 2025

Following the successful response to the first call for proposals, AECID strengthens its commitment to inclusive and sustainable development through the launch of the 2025 Call for Proposals for the Triangular Cooperation Program for Latin America and the Caribbean.

The call seeks to direct our collaboration toward a more advanced triangular cooperation model, using innovation as a lever for development.

Public institutions at any level of government, as well as public universities, from Latin American and Caribbean countries that are priority for Spanish Cooperation, may submit proposals. They may include other public entities, regional integration organizations, international organizations, civil society organizations, academia, and/or the private sector in their alliances.

Proposals must be joint, and agreed upon by at least two countries from the Global South, one of them from Latin America and the Caribbean.

Proposing Entities may submit their proposals to the Cooperation Agencies or Directorates of their countries until March 31.

In short, this initiative represents a significant step toward a more advanced and effective cooperation model, inviting all interested institutions to contribute to building a more sustainable and inclusive future for Latin America and the Caribbean.
