
The Joint Call aims to initiate sustainable and multilateral research cooperation between researchers from Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean countries. Transnational consortia are invited to submit proposals related to six topics in the thematic fields of Global Challenges, Bioeconomy, Health, Energy, and Open Science. Projects will be funded for up to 36 months.
Eligibility
Research projects must involve at least 4 institutions from 4 countries, 2 of which must be located in Europe and the others in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Each participating funding institution applies its own national or regional funding regulations, which must be reviewed before submitting a proposal. Only researchers based in the participating countries are eligible for funding, and only for those topics supported by their funding agency.
