About the Webinar: This is the first in a series of four webinars on the recruitment of researchers and their careers in the academic and non-academic public sector. Organized under the ERA Talent project and its Community of Practice on Recruitment, the webinar aims to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices in recruitment.
What is ResearchComp? ResearchComp is a tool that helps:
Researchers assess and develop their transversal skills.
Research organisations and training providers adapt their offerings.
Employers understand the wide set of competences of researchers.
Expected Outcomes: Participants will learn about the ResearchComp tool, its applications, and how to incorporate it at the institutional level. The webinar will also provide an opportunity for an engaging dialogue on the topic.
