Horizon Europeの概要と日本からの参加に関する基本情報

(基礎概要編)

1. 背景と趣旨

Horizon Europe には、2021 年から 7 年間で約 955 億ユーロ(約 14 兆円)が投 じられ、研究とイノベーションを促進する欧州最大規模のプログラムです。日本か らも参加が可能で、昨年 12 月に 2023 年~2024 年のワークプログラムが発表され ました。そして Horizon Europe に日本が準加盟国として加盟する可能性について は、継続して日 EU の政府間で検討が続いています。

Horizon Europe の概要、公募の探し方、申請方法についてご紹介します。 Horizon Europe への参加を検討されている方だけでなく、Horizon Europe に関 する情報を整理されたい方、人事異動で国際連携業務を担当することになったの で基本的なことから勉強されたい方にも適した内容です。 尚、このウェビナーは個別の公募プログラムについての説明会ではありません。
