About
Curious about publishing a book in Science, Technology Engineering, and Mathematics? Perhaps you have a PhD thesis you feel might have potential for publication as a book. Or perhaps you have an idea for a book and are unsure about how to move forward or how much time to commit.
EURAXESS Australia & New Zealand in collaboration with Taylor & Francis, present a webinar to cover key aspects of how to propose a new book, the options available to you and the steps involved in publication.
We will look from an international scientific publisher’s perspective at adapting a PhD thesis into a book, as well as the key things to think about (relevant to designing any book project) in taking your idea through initial discussions with a publisher to proposal, development of a manuscript, publication and beyond. There’ll be lots of chance for you to ask any questions you may have too.
