Falling Walls Lab Comes to Singapore

EURAXESS ASEAN is  ASEAN is excited to support again Falling Walls Lab in several countries in the region. Falling Walls Lab is a global interdisciplinary pitch competition for students, early-career professionals and young researchers. It is organised by the Falling Walls Foundation in collaboration with a network of international partners.

Falling Walls Lab is coming to Singapore! Local organisers are SGInnovate, Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) Germany, DAAD German Academic Exchange Service and the German Embassy Singapore.

Do you have an idea to shape the future? Three minutes is all it takes! The winner qualifies for the global finale in Berlin on 7 November, wins a ticket to attend the Falling Walls Science Summit, and takes part in an exclusive extended programme during the stay.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older when submitting your application. You must fulfil at least one of the following formal requirements:
• You are currently enrolled in university
• You are currently a postdoc
• You received a Bachelor’s degree no more than 10 years ago
• You received a Master’s degree no more than 7 years ago
• You received a PhD no more than 5 years ago

*An MD (medical degree excl. a doctoral dissertation) is deemed equivalent to a Master’s degree. A Dr.med. (medical degree incl. a doctoral dissertation) is deemed equivalent to a PhD. The global diversity of academic degrees is acknowledged.
