A hosting offer for the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025 call is available at Assoc. Prof. Burak Ülgüt’s lab and at Bilkent University, Ankara. The research is going to be related to the PI’s research on measurement and modeling efforts of electrochemical systems mostly geared towards energy storage such as batteries and supercapacitors.

The research aims to use different electrochemical techniques that are uniquely developed in Burak Ülgüt’s laboratories for said purposes. 

Applicants should send their CV to Assoc. Prof. Ülgüt, ulgut@fen.bilkent.edu.tr and prepare and deliver a remote 15-minute presentation based on their Ph.D. research.

Eligibility Criteria

Successful applicants must have a recent Ph.D. degree in Chemistry (preferably electrochemistry or analytical chemistry), Chemical Engineering or related field. 

The MSCA-PF program is open to Postdoctoral Researchers with up to 8 years of experience following the completion of their PhD. Candidates from any country are eligible to apply. However, they must not have lived or conducted their primary activities (such as work or studies) in Turkey for more than 12 months within the 3 years immediately preceding the European Commission's submission deadline (10 September 2025).
