Outline
The Royal Society‘s Wolfson Fellowships provide funding to support the recruitment of internationally renowned researchers to the UK. Applicants must have a firm offer from a UK university and those requiring a visa to work in the UK are eligible to apply for a Global Talent Visa.
What is funded
The research must be within The Royal Society’s remit of natural sciences, which includes but is not limited to biological research, chemistry, engineering, mathematics and physics.
Duration
Fellowship provides up to 300,000 GBP in funding, including indirect costs, for up to 5 years.
Eligibility
Mid-career researchers and Senior researchers with any doctoral degree.
