About
The program provides financial support of up to 175 grants lasting a period of five years for the recruitment of researchers that have obtained their PhD after 01/01/2003. It co-finances the salary and the employer's contribution to Social Security of the researchers hired during each of the annuities. It is a program for professional integration in I&D centers and it assures additional financial support of € 40,000 to cover expenses related to the development of the research project.
