Objectives: • Raise productivity, competitivieness an quality of goods produced by SMEs • Encourage SMEs to invest in research and development activities leading to innovative products and services launched on the market • Develop partnerships between SMEs and public research organisations • Test concepts within invention patents; • Value scientific competences from RDI sector within industrial production by assisting SMEs to acquire advanced services or technologies; • Support innovative SMEs to access public or/and private funds. Designed by the Ministry of Research and Innovation, that decides the funding allowance. Implemented and monitored by UEFISCDI (Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation). Domains targeted: bio-economy; ICT, space and security technologies; energy, environment and climate changes; eco-nano-techologies and advanced materials; health patrimony and cultural identity.
