It is a dcomestic scheme being implemented and is specifically targeted at Dutch companies or foreign companies with subsidiaries in Holland. It targets different types of PhD in different fields, but is headed to young researchers (in this case they cannot apply by themselves, professors should be the applicants) and to researchers that make part of research groups from companies.
