Functions: establishment, cultivation and genetic-molecular and bioinformatic study of normal and tumorous colonic organoids from patients with colon cancer (CRC) under 50 years of age ("Early onset CRC") undergoing diagnostic endoscopies or surgery at Hospital La Paz, in order to compare it with existing data from patients older than that age to identify differential characteristics of early-onset colon cancers whose frequency is increasing in Western countries, including Spain.Where to apply
