Offer Description
A call for applications is now open for the attribution of 1 (one) grant of Research Fellowship within the scope of the FCT-funded project EWRI2022 - Exploitative working relationships: Impact on employees’ health and behaviors.
Workplan:
The Grant holder will help to achieve the project’s objectives. Workplan and objectives to be achieved:
- Bibliographic search and review;
- Contact different institutions to build partnerships and to collect data;
- Recruitment of participants;
- Data collection using surveys, interviews, documents (data collection may require travel);
- Dataset construction and management;
- Qualitative and quantitative data analyses:
- Collaboration in writing scientific articles in English;
- Writing project reports;
- Event organization (conference, webinar) for dissemination of project results;
- Participation in meeting and seminars;
- Organization and management of activities and documents.
The research grant has a duration of 12 months, renewable up until 36 months.

Requirements

- Master Degree or equivalent
MSc holder currently enrolled in a PhD program in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management or similar.
- A degree in the above fields, with a final grade of at least 15 points (in a 0-20 scale; or equivalent);
- Fluency in the English language (spoken and written);
- Immediate availability;
- Research knowledge and experience in the project’s subject areas (organizational behavior, work relationships, health, stress, etc);
- Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis;
- Availability for national and international meetings and conferences.
Preferential requirements:
- Psychology or Organizational Behavior related Masters degree
- Fluency in the Portuguese language

Additional Information
Monthly stipend of 1145 €, net, plus social security coverage and work insurance.
MSc holder currently enrolled in a PhD program in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management or similar.
The following selections methods will be used:
First stage: CV quality (70%), presentation and motivation letter (20%), recommendation letters (10%).
Second stage: only the 3 first candidates from stage 1 will be invited to the interview and will be assessed using the following criteria: a) points in the first stage (30%), b) interview quality (70%). In the interview, they will be requested to present a research study (their master thesis).
