Offer Description
Applications are open for 1 Research Studentship, within the framework of project “Personalized 3D Tumor models for Precision RadioTheranostics of Glioblastoma”, (2022.15449.UTA), financed by national funds through FCT/MCTES
Workplan: To obtain new preclinical insights in radionuclide therapy by evaluating the translational potential of thetheranostic radiopharmaceutical 64CuCl2 in advanced patient-derived cell models of GBM, in a precision therapy approach.
Duration: The research fellowship(s) will have the duration of 4 months, not renewable. It’s expected to begin in May 2025.

Benefits
Monthly maintenance allowance: According to the values for Research Fellowships awarded by FCT in Portugal (https://www.fct.pt/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Tabela-de-Valores-SMM_atualizacao-2025.pdf), the amount of the monthly maintenance allowance is € 1309,6, being the payment method an option of the Fellow by Wire Transfer/Check.

Selection process
Selection methods: The selection methods will be the following: Curriculum evaluation (40 %); experience in the field of the project (40%); publications in peer-reviewed international journals (20%), with a maximum of 20 points for each evaluation item. If needed, the jury will have an interview with the candidates.
Composition of the selection Jury: Filipa Fernandes Mendes (President), Maria de Lurdes Patrício Gano (Vogal), João Domingos Galamba Correia (Vogal).
Announcement/ notification of the results: The final evaluation results will be communicated to all applicants by email.
Deadlines and procedures of complaint and appeal. A complaint may be lodged from the final decision within 15 working days, or an appeal to the Executive Board of IST-ID within 30 working days, both counted from the respective notification
