Apoyo administrativo al Centro de Electrónica Industrial y a los grupos de investigación que lo integran.
Funciones vinculadas a proyectos de investigación:
• Soporte en la preparación de propuestas (redacción, preparación de presupuestos, perfil de grupo, etc.).
• Seguimiento económico en la ejecución de los proyectos.
• Gestión administrativa y económica (órdenes de pago, viajes, contrataciones de personal, justificación horaria, etc.).
• Realización de las tareas de reporte y justificación económica.
• Elaboración, gestión y archivo de documentación.
• Apoyo a la difusión de las actividades de investigación del CEI

Administrative support to the Industrial Electronics Center and its member research groups.
Research project-related duties:
• Support in the preparation of proposals (writing, budgeting, group profiles, etc.).
• Financial monitoring of project execution.

Specific Requirements
- Titulación universitaria (grado o máster) en campo científico o económico-empresarial.
- Se valorará experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de investigación financiados a través de programas públicos regionales, nacionales y europeos
- Alto nivel de inglés, se valorará otro idioma adicional.
- Destacadas habilidades interpersonales y organizativas. Capacidad para priorizar tareas, cumplir con plazos y gestionar múltiples proyectos.
- Dotes de comunicación escrita y oral y capacidad de escucha.
- Habilidades editoriales y de documentación.

- University degree (bachelor's or master's degree) in a scientific or economic-business field.
- Experience in the management of research projects financed through regional, national and European public programmes will be an asset.
- High level of English, other additional language would be an asset.
