Exceptional candidates who are finishing a bachelor degree in industrial/electronic engineering will also be considered.

• Competence on computer architectures and digital system design with HDLs (Verilog or VHDL).
• Embedded systems programming with C/C++
• Digital embedded system design based on microproccesors and microcontrollers.
• Valuable Knowledge on artificial intelligence and internet of things technologies.

The contract includes a gross salary of 8000 €, and social benefits in Spain. Conference, summer school and workshop registration fees will be also covered.

The contracted researcher will work in a joint program with INDRA, an international Spanish-based company, within the project “Chair UPM-INDRA in microelectronics”. 

- Knowledge in the design of digital systems, HLS, embedded software
- Experience in microprocessor architectures and low-level microcontroller programming
- Programming in C and Python for embedded devices
- Motivation for doing reseach in embedded systems and abilities for dissemination, writing scientific papers, and presenting to public audiences, among others.
