The selected person will perform the following tasks:
1. collection of data from clinical trials associated with the project.
2. Coordination of the sample collection teams for research.
3. Processing of samples derived from clinical trials associated with the Adoptive Cell Therapy project against infectious diseases.
4. Phenotypic study of cell subpopulations by flow cytometry.
5. Functional studies of INF&#61543 release;
6. Performance of assays for the modification of the starting product to Advanced Therapy.
7. Performance of assays for cytokine release analysis.  
8. Submission of communications to national and international congresses and conferences.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in branches related to Health Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy.
2. Master's degree in the field of immunology or related at the time of the formalization of the contract.
3. High level of written and spoken English
4. Handling of flow cytometry techniques, mastery of software for processing and analysis of the results.
5. Previous experience of at least 3 years working in a research laboratory.
6. Experience in cell culture
7. Previous experience in handling patient derived samples 8.

Recommended requirements:
1. Previous experience in pre-clinical studies applied to the development of Pediatric Clinical Trials.
2. Previous experience in cell therapies and advanced therapies.
3. Knowledge in virology
4. Previous experience in working with cell therapies and advanced therapies.
5. Computer tools: GraphPad Prism, ImageJ, FlowJo and Cytobank.

• Indefinite-term employment contract for scientific and technical activities.
• Professional category of Senior Graduate Group II, Area 2, according to the collective bargaining agreement.
• Full time of 37.5 hours per week.
• Gross annual salary: € 27.862,56
• Private matters: 6 working days per year.
• Vacation: 22 working days per year.
• December 24 and 31 are non-business days.

The selection process will consist of two phases and the following scale will be applied, out of a maximum of 10 points:

-Training and curricular merits: 6 points.
-Personal interview: 4 points
