Are you a researcher, a professor or an expert in the field of technologies applied to Cultural Heritage?
We are looking for experts in Basic and Natural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Digital Sciences and Physical Sciences domains to assess applications to Tech4Culture PhD Programme.

What is Tech4Culture?
Tech4Culture is a new interdisciplinary and intersectoral PhD programme of the University of Torino funded by H2020-MSCA-COFUND scheme and by the banking foundation Compagnia di San Paolo.
Tech4culture aims at building up the next generation of Cultural Heritage professionals able to develop technological solutions and services for the restoration, the protection, the diagnostics and the valorisation of cultural heritage in academia and in non-academic fields.
The project will assign 18 fellowships to incoming mobility early stage researchers through 2 calls for applications.
The University of Torino has now open the First Call for Applications, which will assign up to 10 fellowships.

What are we looking for?
We are now looking for experts in order to form the Scientific Selection Committee that will evaluate and select applications for Tech4Culture First Call for Applications.
Researchers and experts in the academic and non-academic fields of any nationality are welcome to express their interest in being a member of our Scientific Selection Committee.
The Scientific Selection Committee will work in 4 panels of at least 4 members selected through this call and one member of the University of Torino. For each panel one member will be appointed as Chair.
Experts in the Scientific Selection Committee will assess applications during two steps:
- Scientific Evaluation (based on applications submitted: CV, Research Proposal, Letters of Reference, etc.).
The Scientific Evaluation will take place from Mid May 2018 to Mid-June 2018.
Experts will evaluate applications from remote.
- Interviews. They will take place in 2 days in the second week of July.
Experts interviewing applicants will be ask to come to Torino.
A fee and a refund of travel expenses will be offered to experts.

The Scientific Board of Tech4Culture PhD Programme will select the experts who will be members of the Scientific Selection Committee: we will let you know if you have been selected by Mid-April 2018.
