Offer Description
The main target of TWISTER project is to investigate and manipulate light-matter interactions of semiconducting two dimensional materials supporting excitonic resonances integrated in hybrid solidstate architectures. In particular, the project will focus on surface acoustic waves delay lines and resonators, defined on opportune piezoelectric materials, for driving and tuning local interactions, morphology and optical properties of 2D monolayers, by exploiting resonant electrical signals from hundreds of MHz to the GHz regime.

Master's Degree in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering of materials or equivalent and professional curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities;
PhD in Physics, Nanophysics, Materials Science or equivalent.

Experience in optical and/or electron-beam litography and/or electro-optic characterization of two-dimensional materials.

Additional Information
Benefits
Contract of one year (renewable). Yearly gross remuneration for one year: “22.000,00” €
