I. Additional requirements:

A candidate for the position of professor within the group of research and teaching staff is required to:

1. be fluent in Polish
2. hold the degree of professor of medical sciences
3. hold a diploma of studies confirming the qualifications to conduct classes in the following subjects: Histology with embryology in the field of medicine
4. have teaching experience at higher education of at least 10 years
5. have significant scientific achievements.

AkademiaTarnowska/University of Applied Sciences in Tarnów does not provide accommodation.

II. Candidates should submit the following documents[1]:

1. Application for employment addressed to Rector.
2. The application shall include the following declaration:“I agree to the processing of my personal data included in my job offer for the purposes necessary for the recruitment process in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the free movement of such data and repealing 95/46/EC Directive (General Data Protection Regulation)) with a view to conducting a contest procedure by Akademia Tarnowska/University of Applied Sciences in Tarnów.”
3. Personal data questionnaire.
4. Photocopies of documents confirming professional qualifications.
5. Record of the applicant’s scholarly output.
6. Record of the applicant’s achievements in educational work.
7. Declaration that University of Applied Sciences in Tarnów will or will not be their primary employer within the meaning of the Act on Higher Education.
8. Information on the intention to perform additional employment.
9. Information on the processing of personal data.
10.  Statement on the applicant’s clean record.

III. Time and place of submitting the application:

Applications (in a sealed envelope, with the following note: "Numer konkursu: PRNR.WLiNoZ-1101.4/2024") should be submitted to Sekretariat Prorektora ds. Nauki i Rozwoju (room A116) of Akademia Tarnowska, ul. Mickiewicza 8, 33-100 Tarnów.

Applications should be submitted until 14 October 2024.

The expected date of the settlement of the contest is 15 October 2024.

IV. The Contest Committee wishes to inform that

The decision will be announced immediately after the contest has been settled solely on the BIP website of AkademiaTarnowska/University of Applied Sciences in Tarnów.

The Rector reserves the right not to employ the candidate selected by the Committee.
