1. holding a postdoctoral degree in social sciences in the field of management and quality sciences,
2. professional experience outside the university in the field of management and marketing, with particular emphasis on PR and communication,
3. having full legal capacity and exercising full public rights,
4. no criminal record for an intentional crime,
5. fluent in spoken and written Polish.

1. with significant, documented scientific achievements; 
2. who are the authors of scientific publications (including single-author monographs);
3. with the ability to design, implement and report scientific research in the field of social sciences - with documented research achievements (scientific and research projects), who are managers of scientific and research projects;
4. with experience in teaching, popularization of knowledge and implementation of solutions in social practice;
5. undertaking other activities in areas related to the functioning of non-profit and for-profit organizations;
6. have a command of English at a level that allows the use of English-language scientific literature in the field of social sciences and humanities,
7. guaranteeing timely performance of research work undertaken in UJ,
8. expressing readiness to carry out didactic activities in the field (including in Kalisz, in Warsaw and its surroundings)

OFFERS SHOULD INCLUDE:

1. application addressed to the Rector-Commandant;
2. personal questionnaire of the person applying for employment with a statement of having read the information clause – Appendices No. 1 and 2;
3. curriculum vitae;
4. copies of documents confirming qualifications;
5. a list of scientific and didactic achievements;
6. copies of employment certificates and references;
7. declaration of no criminal record – Appendix No. 3;
8. statement on the primary or additional place of work – Appendix No. 4.

The interested person should submit the required documents to the seat of the Uniiversity of Justice, secretariat: 00-155 Warsaw, 9 Karmelicka Street, between 9:00 and 15:00 or by post or e-mail to the following address: sekretariat@aws.edu.pl by 5 September  2024. (the date of receipt of documents to UJ counts).

Documents submitted to the University should be in a closed envelope with the note "Job offer – university professor/Institute of Management and Quality Sciences.".

Only complete applications will be considered (documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered). 

Please be advised that we will contact only selected candidates.

Failure to inform the candidate about the results of the competition will be tantamount to rejection of his offer.

We do not return submitted documents.

Selected candidates will be informed about the date of the interview by phone.

The results of the competition will be announced within eight weeks from the end of the announcement.

The university does not provide housing.

The conclusion of the competition does not result in the establishment of an employment relationship. 

The decision on employment is made by the Rector-Commandant.

UJ reserves the right to close the competition without a result.
