• At least MSc degree in one of the following disciplines: biotechnology, gene technology, biology, microbiology, food technology or biochemical engineering
• Minimum 2 years of research experience in the laboratory. Additional experience in industry is a benefit
• Knowledge in microbial physiology and related laboratory methods (microbial cultivation, basic analytical techniques)
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, if needed
• Ability to work on personal research goals independently, data management, reporting and presentation skills, team player.

Willingness to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia.
