Offer Description
The Institute for Research in Biomedicine, IRB, located in Bellinzona (Switzerland), is looking for a motivated PhD student in the field of Cancer Immunology.
The student will be integrated into an interdisciplinary research project in the lab of Santiago F. Gonzalez (Link; IRB, Bellinzona) in a project that aims to understand the role of inflammation in cancer metastasis using animal models.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant training in immunology, cell biology or cancer field, be proactive, and be a good team player.
The student will join the Immunology and Cell Biology PhD program at USI, and the work will take place at the Institute for Research for Biomedicine, located in Bellinzona.
