Benefits

[Compensation]
Annual salary:3 million yen - 4 million yen
Wages description:Annual Base Salary: ¥3,960,000 (for a 12-month period)
Monthly Salary: ¥330,000
If employment begins mid-year, the annual base salary will be calculated by multiplying the monthly salary by the number of months employed. However, if employment begins mid-month, the salary for that month will be prorated on a daily basis.

No transportation allowance, family allowance, or housing allowance.
During the employment period, the employee will be enrolled in the Japan Private School Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation (Shigaku Kyosai) and employment insurance.
Other working conditions will be defined in the employment contract based on the regulations of the Ritsumeikan Trust.

Break time:11:30-12:30
Holidays :Sundays and Saturdays / National holidays as defined by the Act on National Holidays / Year-end and New Year holidays (December 28 to January 5) / Foundation Day (May 19) / Other special holidays

Overtime and other explanations:We will apply the "Professional Work-type Discretionary Labor System."
The "Professional Work-type Discretionary Labor System" (based on Article 38-3 of the Labor Standards Act) is a system where the nature of the work requires significant discretion by the worker regarding the means, methods, and time allocation of the work. Under this system, the worker is deemed to have worked the pre-determined number of hours (7.5 hours at our institution)
