1. application for employment addressed to the Rector of Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW.
2. a copy of PhD or MSc diploma or other confirmation of the degree
3. curriculum vitae including professional experience and scientific achievements, including the list of publications
4. a declaration confirming compliance with the requirements of Art. 113 of the Act on Higher Education (Dz. U. z 2018 r., item 1668).

The condition of the employment will be a declaration that the SGGW will be the primary place of employment of the candidate.
