ABOUT PRISMAS
PRISMAS - PhD Research and Innovation in Synchrotron Methods and Applications in Sweden – is a new doctoral network, training the next generation of 40 leading synchrotron experts and offering them opportunities for the development of their research careers, leading to the development of new solutions to the existing societal challenges (PRISMAS-overview).
PRISMAS contains unique novelties, such as the common transparent selection process among all implementing partners, a new customised training programme as well as the ambitious hands-on training in synchrotron techniques, enabled by a mandatory secondment at MAX IV Laboratory and exceptional networking opportunities. The project is co-funded by the Horizon Europe MSCA COFUND Programme. The interdisciplinary and intersectorial project consortium consists of 9 Swedish Universities as implementing partners and host for the PRISMAS fellows as well as about 43 associated partners both from industry and academia.
