A Degree in Nursing.

A Master’s Degree in Health Research and Innovation and/or Health and Life Quality Research, on the start date for the contract.

Pre-admission or admission to a PhD in Global Health, Health Services and Health and Social Care.

A copy of candidates’ enrolment or admission document to the official PhD in Global Health, Health Services and Health and Social Care programme for the 2024-25 academic year; otherwise, supporting documentation stating they will be admitted by the contract start date.

Language requeriments

An ability to collaborate in teaching duties in Catalan and/or Spanish.

Gross monthly salary: 1.655,46 €

National Social Security Insurance (Public Health Insurance)

Planned end date of the tasks subject to the contract: Friday, Setember 01, 2028

• Curricular merits in the field (max. 40 points).  

• Qualifications in the specialist area (max. 20 points), other (max. 5 points).  

• Video curriculum and, if applicable, personal interview (max. 20 points).  

• Experience in the field (max. 15 points). E.g.: > 3 years (10 points), < 3 years (5 points).  

• Other merits (max. +5 points). E.g.: recommendation letters.  

Eligibility threshold: 60 points. 

In accordance with Article 19. c) of Act 17/2022 of 5th September that amends Act 14/2011 of 1st June on Science, Technology and Innovation, the work of pre-doctoral research staff in training shall be assessed by the Academic Committee for the PhD Programme on an annual basis or, where applicable, the Doctoral School, for the duration they are enrolled on the programme. The contract may be terminated where they fail this assessment.

Selection comitee

i. The relevant Pro-Vice-Chancellor for research (or delegated representative) as chair.

ii. The supervisor (or delegated representative).

iii. The members of the Research Area Assessment Committee (CARAI).

iv. One or more expert members in the topic pertaining to the recruitment and chosen by the chair of the committee, where applicable.

v. The head of FORHU (or delegated representative), as secretary, who may speak but not vote.
