for the position of assistant in the group of research and teching employees – full-time
within an employment contract on a fixed-term
in the area of engineering and technical sciences
in the field of: Biomedical Engineering
with specialization in: Biomechanics
in Division of Technical Mechanics in the Institute of Applied Mechanics

Requirements

- Master of Science Engineer degree;
- good report from University and well-earned reputation (average grades, activity in scientific reaserch groups, other activities, publications);
- knowledge in the area of technical science in particular good knowledge in the area of biomedical engineering with biomechanics;
- at least 2 years experience in teaching students;
- good preparation to conducting classes in the fields of: mechanics, biomechanics, patobiomechanics, calculation method;
- knowledge and experience in he field of biomechanical researches with the use of motion capture systems;
- knowledge of symbolic calculation system;
- skill to conducting researches using motion capture and computer symulation systems
- experience in preparing research paper and its result presentations in conferences
- scientific achievements ie.publications as conference materials and articles in reviewed scientific journal (stored in the database WoS or Scopus);
- good command of Polish and English;
- good teamwork skills and creative thinking;

The results of the competition shall be announced no later than within four months from the closing date of the competition. In the event that none of the candidates receives a positive evaluation of the selection board or in the lack of candidates, the Dean will close the competition. The Dean may cancel the competition or close it without giving a reason.
The applications should be submitted by 20 June, 2024 to the Faculty Office, address: Piotrowo 3, 60-956 Poznań, room: 224. The employment start date - 1 October, 2024.
