Offer Description
The project aims to identify and validate the activity of new molecules with anti-tumor action through an experimental program that involves the screening of different series of molecules with anti-tumor action on different lines of solid and liquid tumors. Tests will also be carried out aimed at understanding the mechanisms of action, effectiveness and synergy with classes of chemotherapy drugs already used in conventional oncology therapies in order to evaluate the strengthening of pharmacological activity and the overcoming of resistance.

Eligibility criteria
Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies equivalent obtained from an Italian university; Candidates who have obtained a degree declared equivalent in accordance with current legislation on the matter from a foreign university are also admitted according to the current legislation of the Ministry of University and Scientific Research: www.miur.it)
Consolidated experience in the topic required by the project:
- Excellent knowledge of molecular and cellular biology techniques applied in the oncology field.
- Experience in the development and testing of drug delivery systems based on nanomaterials.
· Experience in the chemical and biological field for the development of tests for the evaluation of biomarkers using molecular and immune-enzymatic methods.
- Design, development and development of tests for the evaluation of the anti-tumor activity of new molecules through consolidated experience in the management of tumor lines.
Good knowledge of English language

Selection process
The commission has a total of 100 points including 70 for titles and 30 for the interview. The Commission adopts criteria and parameters which will follow the procedures of Article 4, Announcement IFT AR.001/2024 IFT RM. To be admitted to interview candidates must present a valid identity document. The committee forms the ranking. With the same score is preferred the younger candidate. The merit list will be published on the CNR website: www.urp.cnr.it. The CNR will not reimburse any expenses incurred by candidates for participation to the interview.
