Offer Description
The post-doctoral researcher will be involved in the implementation of a national research project on the role of identity in public law. The post-doctoral researcher will assist Dr Giacomo Delledonne, in his capacity as principal investigator, in the general management of the project. Moreover, he or she will conduct research on the identitarian approach to public law and, more specifically, on the Italian legal order. In addressing the legal order governed by the Constitution of 1948, the post-doctoral researcher will focus on the coexistence of exclusionary and inclusive understandings of identity and on the relevance of constitutional design in this respect.
