Offer Description
In carrying out the research program, the research fellow will have to select novel candidate drugs obtained through 1) molecular modeling studies and 2) chemical synthesis and characterization of new allosteric sigma-1 ligands with high antiviral activity capable of providing detailed information on the role of sigma-1 receptors in SARS-CoV-2 replication.
