Offer Description
Entomophagy is a viable alternative to animal protein sources because of its low environmental impact. The project aims to: (a) understand the cognitive and affective basis of insect-based food consumption, including antecedents (socio-demographics, lifestyles, values) and moderators of the relationship with behavior (price, availability); (b) identify strategies to promote consumption.
3D augmented reality will be used to identify and test new strategies for attitudinal and behavioural change.

Eligibility criteria
a) the titles and scientific publications including: a PhD or equivalent qualification obtained abroad, the degree of specialization of the medical area, the certificates of attendance at post-graduate courses taken abroad as well as the performance of a documented research at public and tested by means of contracts, grants or assignments, both in Italy and abroad (60 points out of 100).
b) interview (40 points out of a hundred). Can not be allowed to interview candidates who have obtained less than 20/100 in the valuation of securities. The bankruptcy proceedings will conclude with the winner and the formation of a list of suitable valid up to a maximum of one year, whose use is restricted to the specific requirements specified in the notice
