Offer Description
The offer will solely take place in Portugal (Lisbon).
The research fellow will assist the research team in the following tasks: (1) microanalysis of musical behaviour in the context of musical and artistic interactions; (2) scientific dissemination activities.
The research fellowship’s duration is 8 months, eventually renewable until a maximum of 12 months.
The expected starting date is May 1, 2024.

Additional Information
Monthly research fellowship corresponds to € 990,98€, according to the table of scholarships awarded directly by FCT, I.P. in Portugal (https://www.fct.pt/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Tabela-de-Valores-SMM_202…).
When chosen by the candidate, a first category voluntary social insurance may be added to this amount, together with a personal accident insurance.
Holder of a diploma (Licenciate) in Musicology or equivalent and enrollment in a Masters in Musicology or Music Education.
Knowledge of research methodologies; Interest in musical development and art for children; Excellent written and spoken command of the Portuguese language.
The selection method will be a) curriculum evaluation, on a grading scale from 0 to 10, with weighting of the academic background and the preferential requirements.
