Offer Description
IdiPAZ seeks a Technician in Diagnostic Imaging, to join the Clinical and Invasive Cardiology Research Group, in a research project funded by the Community of Madrid in the framework of the Call 2023 for the recruitment of laboratory technicians. Co-funded by the European Union and the Europe Plus Social Fund, with reference PEJ-2023-TL/SAL-GL-28762, in a public project directed by Dra, Esther Pérez David, specialist in cardiology and Head of the Imaging Area Section of de University Hospital La Paz (IdiPAZ)
The selected person will join the project "Characterisation of myocardial fibrosis in transposition of large vessels and systemic right ventricle using imaging techniques and molecular biomarkers and association with adverse events."
The selected person will perform the following functions associated with the position:
-Quality control, post-processing, segmentation and quantification of echocardiography studies.
-CT and cardiac magnetic resonance with the aim of collaborating in cardiology research studies in which quantitative analysis of parameters derived from imaging techniques is required.

Requirements for accessing the process in accordance with the public call for applications:
- Not be employed by the FIBHULP on the date of publication of the call for applications (B.O.C.M. number 132 of 5 June 2023).
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Be under 30 years of age on the date of contracting with the beneficiary entity.
- Be unemployed up to the day before the date of contracting with the beneficiary entity.

Additional Information
Working conditions
- Contract for scientific and technical activities.
- Professional category of Higher Grade Technician Área 2 Group IV , Group II, Area 2, according to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Full time of 37.5 hours per week.
- Gross annual salary: €15.120
- Private matters: 6 working days per year.
- Vacation: 22 working days per year.
- December 24 and 31 are non-business days.
The selection process will consist of two phases and the following scale will be applied, out of a maximum of 10 points:
-Training and curricular merits: 6 points.
-Personal interview: 4 points
In the event that two or more candidates match the values and needs of the institution and meet the conditions required for the post, and where there is a tie, the candidate with a certificate attesting to a minimum degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 per cent shall prevail.
