Call for Application n.ISOF_280_2023_BO PRIN “CArbon DIoxide VAlorization by chemical, Photo- and Electro-chemical processes” (CADIVAPE)

Degree in Chemistry obtained according to the legislation in force prior to the Ministerial Decree. 509/99, or a Specialist/Master's Degree (Ministerial Decree 5 May 2004) in Chemical Sciences, a professional curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities and a research doctorate qualification of a minimum duration of three years relevant to the experience requested;
experience in the field of the topic referred to in the art. 1 declared in the manner set out in art. 4;
knowledge of the English language;
knowledge of the Italian language (only for foreign candidates).

Complexes based on transition metals, in particular cyclometalated complexes of iridium(III) and complexes of ruthenium, iron and copper, also of the porphyrin type. Synthesis and photophysical, electrochemical and photocatalytic characterization of the complexes referred to in the previous point. Experience in theoretical characterization at the DFT level to evaluate the photophysical, electrochemical and photocatalytic properties of the above-mentioned complexes.

Researcher contract lasting 12 months for a gross amount of c.a. 22,000 euros, net wage of c.a.1,620 euros per month
