Applicants may be any Portuguese national, foreign and stateless candidates that hold the following requirements:

• Graduation (MSc) in scientific area relevant to SFCOLAB and with experience in project management and financial programs;
• Professional experience in innovation project management (company/ university) and in preparing competitive funding applications (national and international);
• Knowledge in financial and administrative management of funded programs and projects;
• Experience in knowledge and technology transfer actions and business innovation;
• Good knowledge of project management tools, including Office;
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills and computer analysis;
• Good communication, verbal and written skills;
• Sense of organization, method and rigor;
• Autonomy and initiative skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and in English (written and spoken).

Work Plan Activities:

• Definition and organization of work plans associated with the project;
• Monitoring and management of the project, connecting each stakeholder;
• Support in technical decision-making for changes or improvements implemented to the project management systems;
• Management of project’s timeline, as well as the definition and control of appropriate metrics for proper project progress, ensuring the quality of the deliverables, with budget;
• Prepare presentations and consolidated progress and annual execution reports for consortium meetings, and financial entities;
• Support in the identification of new business opportunities for R&D and networking according to the SFCOLAB’s activities.

Monthly Salary:

The remuneration associated with this job position is based on a gross monthly base value of €1760.

Candidates with an academic degree or foreign diploma must present proof of recognition of the academic degree under the terms of Decree-Law No. 66/2018. Any candidate without recognition of the degree will not be admitted to the competition.

Evaluation Criteria:

Admitted applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

1. 50% Curriculum analysis, which will be analyzed according to the following weighting:
   1. 40% Training;
   2. 40% Experience;
   3. 20% Other skills demonstrated
2. 10% Motivation Letter
3. 40% Interview

Members of the Jury:

The jury will consist of two members of the SFCOLAB Board and the SFCOLAB’s Scientific Director.

Start Date and Workplace:

The full-time employment contract is expected to start in September 2023 and includes an initial experimental trial period of 30 (thirty) days. The work activities will be developed at the SFCOLAB facilities in Torres Vedras, or in other places necessary for the development of activities.

Applicable Legislation:

• Portuguese Labor Code, approved by Law reference number 93/2019, from September 4th in its current version.

Administrative Procedure Code, as published in Decree-Law reference number 4/2015, from January 7th in its current version (CPA).

Results:

The final result of the evaluation will be sent to all candidates via email. The SFCOLAB Association is free to fill the position or not, being able to suspend or terminate the process at all times, just to inform all candidates.
