2. a copy of PhD diploma or other confirmation
3. curriculum vitae including professional experience and scientific achievements, including the list of publications
4. a declaration confirming compliance with the requirements of Art. 113 of the Act on Higher Education (Dz. U. z 2018 r., item 1668).

The condition of employment will be:

• a positive opinion of the didactic commission on a presentation delivered in the Institute
• a declaration that the SGGW will be the primary place of employment of the candidate.
