Offer Description
1. Conducting research in the field of archaeobiology.
2. Carrying out laboratory analyses.
3. Creating the archaeobiological data bank for the University of Rzeszow.
4. Cooperation with the socio-economic environment.
5. Applying for research grants and scientific projects.
6. Publishing research results in the form of scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, especially in journals with a high number of points according to the Polish Ministry publication index.
7. Carrying out tasks related to the scientific and organisational activities of the University. 8. Employment in the group of research staff of the University of Rzeszow.

Skills/Qualifications
1. PhD degree in the humanities in the discipline of archaeology, with particular regard to the specialisation in archaeobiology.
2. Qualifications necessary to carry out laboratory research and analyses.
3. Research experience in the field of prehistoric and early medieval archaeology, with particular regard to archaeobiological research.
4.Active participation in academic conferences.
5.Documented realisation of research grants.
Specific Requirements
1. Documented experience in conducting laboratory reseach, and describing and interpreting the results of archaeobiological analyses.
2. Documented scientific achievements in the field of archaeobiology.
3. Organisational experience (working in international research teams, scientific cooperation with laboratories carrying out archaeobiological analyses both in Poland and abroad).
4. Possession of knowledge of the English language: fluent in speech and writing,
5. Possession of knowledge of the Polish language: fluent in speech and writing (applies to foreigners).
