A candidate for the position should have:

• • Ph.D. degree in biological sciences;
  • publication-backed experience in the application of methods and techniques of microbiology and molecular biology (including: work with bacteriophages; work with environmental bacteria; knowledge of genetic engineering techniques; work with RNA, RT-qPCR techniques);
  • publication-backed experience in high-throughput data analysis (including transcriptomic, proteomic, and Biolog-technology data);
  • experience working with ionizing radiation, particularly beta radioactive isotopes;
  • scientific achievements, in the form of articles in international scientific journals in molecular biology, microbiology, environmental microbiology;
  • experience in the preparation of research proposals and the implementation and management of research projects;
  • foreign internships in significant scientific centers;
  • participation in scientific conferences;
  • experience in preparing and conducting classes at a university (including classes in English);
  • knowledge of Polish and English at a level that allows to prepare and conduct classes
  • and teaching classes.
  • good communicative skills in Polish and English languages sufficient for preparation and conducting classes in both languages.
