Offer Description
The Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica del Hospital Universitario La Paz is looking for a bioinformatics engineer preferably with experience in epigenomics and artificial intelligence to join our team in the Experimental Therapies and Biomarkers in Cancer Group of the Research Institute of the Hospital Universitario La Paz.

Degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, artificial intelligence, or related fields
Would be an asset experience in genomic and/or epigenomic data analysis, as well as in experimental design and applied statistics.

Knowledge of R and Python programming languages.
Experience in the use of artificial intelligence tools for data analysis.
Oral and written communication skills in English
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement data analysis algorithms for the identification of epigenetic patterns from different omics approaches.
Integrate and analyse genomic and epigenomic data using bioinformatics and artificial intelligence tools.
Collaborate with other researchers to interpret the results and design new experimental strategies.
