Career Advancement for Refugee Researchers in Europe - CARe project aims at supporting the labour market integration of at-risk scholars and refugee researchers in Europe by gathering information both from researchers and employers on the labour market conditions. The project focuses on 10 countries: Austria, Belgium (Flanders), Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
As part of the project, the consortium will conduct 10 focus groups (one in each country) with refugee researchers, with the aim of understanding their experiences in job search, and the information needs they have in this process. The focus groups are addressed to both researchers without employment and those who are currently in employment in any sector.
