The first Global Meeting of the H2020 Science Diplomacy project S4D4C- ‘EU Science Diplomacy Beyond 2020’ will take place in Madrid on 12-14 December 2018.
The event is hosted by the Spanish Foundation for Science & Technology (FECYT), which is also the EURAXESS Bridgehead Organization for Spain.
Experts from across the world, scientists, diplomats, policy-makers, and civil servants who work in science diplomacy will discuss global challenges from a multidisciplinary approach, providing a perspective, not only from countries that are leading the trend in science diplomacy, but also from emerging and developing economies that are taking crucial steps towards establishing a coordinated science diplomacy effort.
