The European Commission is launching a new call for expression of interest to open the two Networks Copernicus Relays and the Copernicus Academy launched in 2016 to new members.
In doing so, the Commission intends to welcome new partners not only from the EU but also from countries and regions which are cooperating closely with Copernicus (e.g. through data access arrangements already signed or under discussion).

Specific requirement : Applicants for the Copernicus Relays outside the EU should provide a letter of recommendation from a national authority.
