Background:DST & DBT from Indian side and European Commission has announced the joint Call for Proposals seeking joint research proposals focused on wastewater treatment technology including bioremediation, drinking water purification, real time water quality monitoring. Both sides together will co-investment €30 million to address these water challenges faced by India. The event targets potential applicants/partners from academia, R&D labs, universities, industry, SME, Govt. civil bodies for the EU-India joint call on Water for collaboration projects. It will offer an exceptional opportunity to build quality partnerships with academics, researchers, industrial stakeholders, SMEs and government actors from Europe and India.

The full day event addresses applicants of EU-India joint call on Water proposals. You will receive targeted information and advice to support you in the roles of task or work package leader, coordinator or partner in a project and learn what you need to consider when planning and writing the proposal. The programme of the day includes a confirmed talk by the Funding Agencies (EC/DST/DBT), a presentation on the legal, financial and administrative issues, tips on how to write a proposal and a panel discussion on best practices with experts, where you can ask all your burning questions. The event will also include networking session.
