También puede obtener más información sobre los programas de la Comisión Europea Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) y las becas del Consejo Europeo de Investigación (ERC), y sobre cómo su institución podría acoger a investigadores europeos de alto nivel de postdoctorado, financiados en su totalidad por la Comisión Europea.

4) Jornada Informativa de la Universidad de la Costa: Horizonte 2020 y EURAXESS América Latina y el Caribe
DÓNDE: Coliseo de Competencias de Unicosta

El evento reunirá a docentes, comunidad científica local y regional y dará a conocer las oportunidades para financiar proyectos, a través de los programas de la Unión Europea. La jornada incluirá un taller teórico-práctico y la socialización de casos de éxito de investigadores locales.
El encuentro es organizado por la Vicerrectoría de Investigación y Desarrollo y el Departamento de Internacionalización de la Universidad de la Costa, y tiene como finalidad transferir conocimientos a docentes e investigadores de las instituciones de educación superior de la Región Caribe, frente a las plataformas, modalidades y estrategias esenciales para acceder a las oportunidades que como colombianos podemos disfrutar, gracias a la cooperación internacional con la UE.
La jornada incluirá un taller teórico-práctico, dirigido por Ingrid Le Van, Programme Officer de EURAXESS Latin America & Caribbean, Researchers in Motion, quien expondrá sobre la utilización de la plataforma y las herramientas dispuestas por esta iniciativa de la Comisión Europea.
Los asistentes al evento podrán disfrutar también con la participación de Catherine Fonseca Hortúa, coordinadora de Puntos Nacionales de Contacto (PNC) de la Oficina de Internacionalización de Colciencias, quien expondrá cómo ha sido la experiencia de Colombia participando de los programas marco de la Unión Europea, haciendo énfasis en las oportunidades que ofrece Horizonte 2020.
Además, se realizará la socialización de casos de éxito de investigadores locales que lideran PNC y participan de proyectos financiados por la UE, como lo es el Proyecto REMIND, iniciativa financiada a través de las acciones Marie Skłodowska-Curie, donde la Universidad de la Costa participa activamente en calidad de partner internacional.
La Jornada Informativa: Horizonte 2020 & EURAXESS Latin America and the Caribbean, se llevará a cabo en el Coliseo de Competencias de Unicosta, a partir de las 9:00 a.m.

4) Jornada Informativa at Universidad de la Costa: Horizonte 2020 & EURAXESS Latin America and the Caribbean

The event is organized by the Vice-Rectory of Research and Development and the Department of Internationalization of the University de la Costa, and aims to transfer knowledge to lecturers and researchers of higher education institutions in the Caribbean Region, by visiting the platforms, modalities and strategies essential to access the opportunities Colombians can benefit from through international cooperation with the EU.
The day will include a theoretical-practical workshop, led by Ingrid Le Van, Programme Officer of EURAXESS Latin America & Caribbean, who will talk about the use of the platform and the tools provided by this initiative of the European Commission.
Those attending the event will also count with the participation of Catherine Fonseca Hortúa, coordinator of National Contact Points (NCPs) of the Colciencias Internationalisation Office, who will present Colombia's experience participating in the European Union's framework programmes, emphasising the opportunities offered by Horizon 2020.
In addition, there will be the sharing of success stories of local researchers who participated in EU-funded projects, such as the REMIND Project, an initiative funded through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, with the Universidad de la Costa active participation as an international partner.
The Information Day: Horizon 2020 & EURAXESS Latin America and the Caribbean, will be held at the Unicosta Competition Coliseum, from 9:00 a.m. onwards.
