We are very proud of the participation of EURAXESS Africa in the R&I for Mediterranean Resilience Horizon Europe Mediterranean Initiative Event, which was held in Cairo on 30 January 2023.
Over 200 participants (+200 online) attended this great event.
This regional event aimed at fostering International Cooperation in Research and Innovation (R&I) for Mediterranean resilience through the Launch of Mediterranean Initiative under Horizon Europe WP 2023-2024.
EURAXESS Africa took part in this event in the session: Researchers Mobility and Career Development. The region representative Dr Ahmed Maalel presented the services and main tasks of EURAXESS Africa: (1) Management and development of the EURAXESS Africa network, (2) Support for African researchers, (3) Promoting European research opportunities in Africa, and (4) Reinforcement of networking with all R&I African actors.
