MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships Hosting Offer at Digital Media and Strategic Communication Lab of the University of Western Macedonia

The Digital Media and Strategic Communication Lab of the University of Western Macedonia is looking for postdoctoral candidates interested in applying for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (HORIZON-MSCA-2022-PF-01-01). Digital Media and Strategic Communication lab is located in a widening country (Greece), thus the proposal submitted under MSCA-2022-PF call can also be considered for the ERA Fellowships call (HORIZON-WIDERA-2022-TALENTS-04-01) provided it passes the thresholds for that call.

Brief description of the University of Western Macedonia

Τhe University of Western Macedonia (UOWM) is currently one of the biggest academic institutions in Greece, comprising of 7 Faculties and 23 Departments located in the five main cities of West Macedonia Region. UOWM offers numerous curricula at the Bachelor, Master and Doctorate level, hosting more than 30000 undergraduate/postgraduate students and Post-Doc researchers. Teaching and research staff (> 300) excel in many subject areas and are well acknowledged for their contribution to the creation and advancement of knowledge and technology transfer. The Digital Media and Strategic Communication Lab

Digital Media and Strategic Communication (DMSC) Lab is a pioneer, leading expert, and one of the most credible laboratories in the fields of digital media and communication in Greece. DMSC lab supports research projects in interdisciplinary fields of Digital Media and Strategic Communication, provides scientific services and develops international collaborations. The lab is an integral part of the Communication and Digital Media Department and is located in the city of Kastoria. The lab provides opportunities for research projects in a wide area of Communication Studies and Digital Media.
